The Rangeley Lakes region, Rangeley Lake, Mooselookmeguntic, and the smaller lakes and ponds tucked into Maine's western mountains, is about an hour and a quarter from our Norridgewock shop through Farmington. We handle driveway, septic, land clearing, and site work for camps and homes in Rangeley, Oquossoc, Dallas Plantation, and the surrounding townships.

Structures and septic systems near Rangeley's lakes need to meet Maine's shoreland water setbacks and vegetation buffer rules, in addition to whatever the town or plantation requires. We plan around those numbers and point you to your local code officer or the Maine DEP to confirm anything specific to your lot.
Rangeley's camp roads run steeper and rougher than a typical in-town driveway, and some see logging traffic too. Our mini excavator and skid steer are sized to work these roads and tight lakefront lots without needing a full sized crew to get equipment in.
Rangeley sees real snow, real mud season, and a short summer in between. We plan lake and camp jobs around that window and are upfront about what's realistic for timing.
You deal directly with the owner from the first call to the finished job, which matters more when the camp is over an hour from home and you can't just drop by.
Don't see your part of the lake listed? Give us a call, we may still be able to help.
We prefer to see a site in person before quoting it. Call to set up a visit, and we'll put together a straightforward quote based on exactly what your property needs.
